Eyebrow Tattoo

An eyebrow tattoo is a semi-permanent makeup treatment that enhances your brows using pigment implanted into the skin. It helps create fuller, more defined, and perfectly shaped brows that last longer than traditional makeup. Unlike old-fashioned brow tattoos, today’s techniques are softer, more natural, and customizable.

Microblading

Fine, hair-like strokes that mimic natural brow hairs. Soft and natural.

Clients with thin or patchy brows who want a very natural “no-makeup” look.

Best for normal to dry skin (not ideal for oily or textured skin).

1-2 Years

Ombre/Powder

Soft shading effect, like brows filled in with powder or tint. Lighter at the front, darker at the tail.

Clients who like a more defined, makeup-ready look or want a low-maintenance alternative to filling in brows daily.

Suitable for all skin types (especially oily or mature skin).

2-3 Years

Combination

Mix of hair strokes at the front with soft shading through the rest of the brow. Natural but with extra definition.

Clients who want the realism of hair strokes + the fullness of shading.

Works well on most skin types, including slightly oily.

Pre & Post Care

Before Your Appointment

Following these steps ensures your skin is in the best condition for pigment retention and a smooth healing process.

1–2 Weeks Before:

  • Avoid facials, chemical peels, microneedling, or laser treatments near the brow area.

  • Stop using skincare with retinol, glycolic acid, AHAs/BHAs, or acne medications on/around your brows.

  • Do not tint, wax, or thread brows (let your artist shape them).

  • Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning beds.

3–5 Days Before:

  • Stop taking fish oil, vitamin E, or other supplements that thin the blood (unless prescribed by your doctor).

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications such as aspirin or ibuprofen 24–48 hours before your appointment.

Day of Appointment:

  • Arrive with clean skin — no makeup, sunscreen, or moisturiser on the brow area.

  • Eat a light meal beforehand to keep your blood sugar stable.

  • Be ready to relax — the process takes 2–3 hours.

After Your Appointment

Healing takes around 7–14 days for surface healing and up to 6–8 weeks for full pigment development. Follow these steps closely for best results.

Days 1–2 (Immediately After):

  • Brows will appear darker, bolder, and more defined than expected. This is normal.

  • Some redness and slight swelling may occur.

  • Blot brows gently with a clean tissue/cotton pad if excess lymph fluid appears.

Days 3–7 (Scabbing/Peeling Stage):

  • Brows will begin to scab and flake — the color may look patchy.

  • Do not pick, scratch, or peel the scabs. This can remove pigment and cause scarring.

  • Apply the recommended aftercare ointment (given by your artist) 1–2 times daily with clean hands or a cotton swab.

  • Keep brows lightly moisturised, but don’t over-apply — they need to breathe to heal.

Days 7–14 (Soft Healing):

  • Brows may appear very light or faded — this is normal! Pigment will “bloom” back as the skin heals.

  • Continue avoiding makeup, harsh skincare, and sun exposure on the brow area.

Weeks 2–6 (Color Settling):

  • Pigment stabilises and softens in color.

  • A touch-up session (usually at 6–8 weeks) will perfect the shape and color.

What to Avoid During Healing

  • No makeup or tinted products on the brows until fully healed.

  • No sweating, gyms, or saunas for 7–10 days.

  • No swimming, spas, or hot tubs for 10–14 days.

  • No long, steamy showers — keep brows as dry as possible.

  • No direct sun or tanning for 4 weeks (use a hat outdoors).

  • No facials, chemical peels, or exfoliants on the brow area for 4 weeks.

Long-Term Care

  • Always apply SPF on your brows to prevent premature fading.

  • Avoid exfoliants, retinol, and strong skincare directly on the brow area.

  • Touch-ups are recommended every 12–24 months to maintain color and shape.

Remember: Healing is a process! Your brows will go through stages of being dark, flaky, and faded before revealing their true healed result. Trust the process and allow your touch-up to perfect them.
